The Thaw!
Ah! Could it be? Has old man winter decided he is done for the year? Spring is right around the corner and For Sale signs are beginning to pop up all around! Listings will finally gett the activity they so richly deserve and the market seems to be heading upwards! This is good news for us all. Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Lenders, you name it. The beneficiery list is long! Sellers have had to lower their asking prices, buckle down and make their homes shine this past season - just to compete with the other homes on the market. It does look like the market is changing. If you are a Buyer, don't worry but don't wait too long! There's still time to jump on the band wagon, get great rates and great homes with affordable price tags. We may not have to worry about flood gates opening and car loads of Buyers scooping up the remaining homes, but it is a nice ray of sunshine!
