Together we will determine what type of home, price range and neighborhoods you would like to live in. With this information, we will establish your own "Personalized Client Listing Site" which will email you every home or property active on the MLS that matches your criteria, in your new area. You can look through the homes at your convenience, make notes on your site and when it is time, we will visit the homes.
Of course there is always the possibility that you may be looking outside one of our areas. Although we would still love to help you, it is not always in your best interest and after all, we truly want what is best for you! In this case, we will be more than happy to connect you with another outstanding agent who also subscribes to our high standards of ethics.
